FAQ - SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

• Orders will be delivered between 5-10 business days to either your address or to Fairlight Veterinary Services.

Do you offer free shipping?

• When placing an order, you have the option to have the order either shipped to a specific address (e.g. home, office, etc.) or picked up at our clinic, Fairlight Veterinary Services, when it is ready.
• Shipping is free if you choose to have your package delivered to the clinic for pick-up.
• Shipping fees apply to order sent to any other address. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.
• Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

Fairlight Veterinary Services is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected that someone is to be home for the delivery. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
